Well we are moving in after Oct 15, 2012 and I hope all this goes well. Have never lived in a remaufactured home b 4. Ive been through this area many times and it seems quiet, havent seen any teens just "hanging around." The office staff has been very helpful and not overly aggressive to sell.I think the handful of disgrunted tennants past and present who made comments have issues and might even be trouble makers etc. This place does background checks on all adults moving in, patroled by security, looks fairly clean. I bought a new home from them and regret it. There's new management at sterling but they are just as bad as previous management. False promises, lies, never return calls... ever. Get everything in writing.. they can be fast talkers. Save yourself the stress and stay away from here! ...read more
