Well we are moving in after Oct 15, 2012 and I hope all this goes well. Have never lived in a remaufactured home b 4. Ive been through this area many times and it seems quiet, havent seen any teens just "hanging around." The office staff has been very helpful and not overly aggressive to sell.I think the handful of disgrunted tennants past and present who made comments have issues and might even be trouble makers etc. This place does background checks on all adults moving in, patroled by security, looks fairly clean. I do wish they would get rid of some of the older homes that r there and thats abt the only complaint I have so far. ...read more
