Do not go to this office!! This office staff is extremely rude. All of my office visits have been billed incorrectly to my insurance company. I decided to try the HCG Program at perry weight loss and nutrtion clinic. I ended up losing 27lbs and I feel great. I still have 30 more lbs to drop but the 27 off was def. a jump start to my weight loss goal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don't think I would havemade it this far with out them. Right after having my blood drawn by the nurse, I overheard this nurse laughing and talking about me as I checked out. The only reason I will return is the excellent and very thorough Dr. Ray. The nurse was caucasian, with chin length, straight, blond/light brown hair. She did not introduce herself prior to drawing my blood. I know a bad nurse as I am an RN as well. ...read more

Dr. Bakal literally wiped his nose on his surgical glove as he was chit chatting non stop while performing a procedure to remove precancerous cells from my husbands neck. There was NO patient education given before or after the procedure. Dr.Bakal threw his blood stained gloves on the counter so God knows how clean the place is. My husband's family has a history of cancer and Dr.Bakal only had time to talk about his son (the kid is into music and debate) and his assistant moving to Arizona. The PA's we have seen have been much more professional than the doctor and we have never had issues with them. However, now that my husband has had two bouts with skin cancer I don't feel safe in this office. I sure hope no mucus got in his surgery site since the doc couldn't be bothered to get a tissue. ...read more

I saw Dr Jeff for a one time small procedure a few weeks ago, took about 5 minutes. While in the room, I don't think he said more than 10 words to me. He barely said hello when he came in, and just told me to lay down. Then without any warning or explanation of what was to happen, he stuck me with the numbing needle and finished the job. In all it took less than 5 minutes and the only thing he did the entire time was have a completely unrelated conversation with the nurse about a mutual friend of theirs, as though I wasn't even in the room. When he was done he took off his gloves and basically walked out the door with no word of what I should expect for healing, follow up, etc. I had to ask the nurse all the questions I would have thought it to be his job to explain. \t\n\t\nThe best I can say is the procedure was fast and I'm sure he did a fine job, but I walked out of there just kind of like "what the hell". \t\n\t\nI'd been to the office once before and saw a PA there who was great, very nice and accommodating. I'd say if you can get away with seeing a PA then they have people there who are good, but if you need to see a dermatologist regularly, he is not one I would recommend. I ditto what the other reviewer said, he seemed bored with his job, and he could not care less at taking the time to explain what was going to happen during the procedure, and what the next few days would be like.
