HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with these people! The manager is very rude and downright disrespectful in every way.I was trying to use western union there and the manager, kathy, kept interrogating me and asking me what was the money for? Why are you sending this much? What does the receiver plan on doing with it? To any people that are reading this review please be advised that this currency exchange commits a bait and switch with their fees be very careful they should not be in business and I have filed a complaint with the state of Illinois I would recommend using a different currency exchange to avoid being ripped off ...read more

I sent a wire on 11/30/2010 for 9500.00 to purshase a car. Chicago Limousine (VIP). I did not receive the car or my money back. How is this possible at a Bank such as this?
