We went there for Valentines Day on a Sunday night. Called ahead to see if we needed a reservation and let them know that we wouldn't be able to make it till 9pm. They seated us and there were 2 other couples there as well. The waitress was CLUELESS about the menu. There was NOT a manager on site and it was a free for all with the waiting staff goofing off, texting on their cell phones, etc. Then some fat flat faced Mexican slob decided she wanted to crank at bar volume some ghetto house music when we wanted a romantic dinner!!!!!!!! They were rude, unknowledgable, and unaware that they STILL had patrons in their establishment! I go to Jimano's a few times a week and I am always pleased with the whole experience. The friendly employees always make me feel welcome. I love going there for my lunch break and getting the huge pizza slices. I'm picky with the way I like my pizza with and they are happy to meet all of my needs.
