The service consultant was friendly and provided a discount coupon at the time of service. Our issue is the chrome exhaust tips on our $42000 2014 Ford Edge Limited. We pointed out the rust forming on the exhaust tips back at about 20,000 miles and were told they were not covered. We pointed them out again at our last service visit (about 38,000 miles) and was told they would try to buff them out. The rust is still there. I own a 2008 Cadillac CTS and the chrome exhaust tips are totally clear of any rust or pitting. This vehicle has over 127000 miles. I think this should be covered and both should be replaced.
