On Friday, February 3, 2012, our kitchen sink was backing up and clogged. We called Roto-Rooter (Glenview, IL) and the Plumber, Chuck, 9840, was here within 2 hours. We were very satisfied, as he was able to fix the problem. Chuck was also very professional and courteous. He made sure any mess was cleaned up before he left. I needed a professional plumber to replace an old, dripping American Standard faucet in our shower. When I called Roto Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly representative who quickly scheduled a call according to my convenience. "Mikhail" who likes to be called "Mike" is the plumber who came to our house. He is extremely intelligent and an expert Master Plumber. He carefully removed the old faucet and replaced it with a new one. He was very diligent in cleaning-up after he finished working on the shower faucet. He also provided some expert advice regarding regular maintenance of the new faucet and replacement of the faucet cartridge if required.
