If I could give this place less than one star, I would. What can I say about this place? The staff and owner are unprofessional and do not care about customer service. The more egregious complaint is the "salon" itself. When you read those horror stories about people getting fungal infections from salons, they are talking about this place. This place is filthy. I am a nurse so I may be overly concerned about this but if you saw what an untrated fungal infection looks like you would worry too. They use the same equipment from person to person, the manicure tables are filthy with dirty nakins, old nailpolish bottles, clipped nails, splattered paint. Completely unsanitary. The pedicure bowl was just rinsed between patients, NOT disinfected. The worse thing was I saw all thiswhile I was waiting to get my nails done. I have never done this before but I had to walk out bc I was scared of getting an infection. I shudder to think what I would have seen if I had stayed any longer. One last th ...read more
