This shop did a real lousy job when I went for a perm, the hair was so loosely rolled and the wrong solution was used the 2 days later the perm was straight. The manager refused to refund the $40.00 I spent and offered only to condition and set the hair,BIG DEAL, should I have come in everyday till the safe had passed till I could go to a REAL salone to get a perm.
