Was looking for professional counseling on a monthly basis. Owner (Mitch) gave an assessment that would qualify most anyone as needing weekly services. He professed to be a man of science and tried to sell me on the inevitable negative health impacts of not pursuing treatment. He did not welcome my insights of many years or any alternative feedback. He claims to value people and desires to have a thriving practice yet was clearly frustrated and put off with processing insurance or effort needed to coordinate appointments.
