If you have a mold issue in your home, do yourself a huge favor and contact REO Mold Inc. for an estimate. We had mold in our attic and met with the owner Bill Dahlstrom who was very knowledgeable about why we had the mold, how to remove it, and how to correct the problem from happening in the future. Bill provided a quote that included remediating the mold, installing baffles in each rafter, installing 2 attic vents, installing 2 ducts from the bathroom fans to roof vents, & installing insulation on the back of all access hatches. I was happy with the price and thought it was very fair. He provided a 10 year transferable warranty. He scheduled the job promptly and was done in 2 days. Each day he came with his crew of 2 men and they protected the flooring leading up to my attic. Bill & his workers were always respectful of our home, hard-working, and they couldn’t have been any nicer. There is now no trace of mold in our attic and the wood looks brand new. ...read more
