4.1.13I would give this store no stars except perhaps a police star for investigation. On this site you must apparently at least give one star.I was in this store on 3/29/13 (Friday). I gave the jeweler, who was called Chris by the other 2 personnel in store, a pendant with a ruby and diamonds surrounding it. He was to put an o-ring or connector on it. He returned the jewelry to me minus the ruby stone. He had placed a clear stone in it. I complained about it and called the store for owner's name and phone and left my name and phone. They would not give me owner contact info nor has anyone contacted me. This is a brazen act. I am shocked and appalled. This is the worst store to ever shop. The service is horrible! The man in the store has a reputation of talking down to his consumers and does not try to satisfy them.. aside from that, the price of his jewelry has been tripled the value so that he can negotiate a lower price. His main consumer base is people who do not know how to shop for quality jewelry ( which he doesn't sell) he doesn't offer any kind of warranties so if something goes wrong with the jewelry its just your loss. I do not recommend anyone go to this mall and shop at any of the jewelry stands in this mall because they are run by foreign people that are in a mall in the Black neighborhood and are only there to take your money. They only care about themselves and they try to rip you off. Boycott them and go to a real jewelry store such as Zales or Whitehall because you get a guarantee with any purchase! ...read more
