About Evergreen Park, IL

Evergreen Park is a village in Cook County, Illinois known for its small town personality with the advantages of the city, being right next to Chicago. Evergreen Park is also known for its beautiful nature and as the Village of Churches, considering it is home to over a dozen churches. Major attractions in Evergreen Park include the Hot Rod Classic Car Show and Dickens on 95th Street Christmas Event. Each year in the summer there is an Independence Day Parade and firework display that the whole town comes out to view as a community. The biggest schools here are Evergreen Park Community High School and St. Bernadette. Please check the better business bureau before you order. I ordered a german chocolate cake and got some tan flavor with white icing that we couldn't identify because it had mold growing on it. I ordered on 9/8, it was delivered on 9/19, they promised a refund on 9/27, they said 14-21 days, and still no reply from them. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I submitted a complaint through Paypal as well so I will see what that gets me. Stay away from these people................. ...read more

Sigma security sucks as a company I never knew the director of the security team was an ex-police officer who was forced off the team. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMENED THE TO SECURE ANY THING OR ANYONE. first off they work the hell out of you for 8.75 an hour. minimum wedge went up to 10$ and hour July 1 2015 and Sigma manager Brian Allen refuse to give their hard working employees their raise. Most security officers are scared to display how they feel about the pay due to most of the women on our team are having sext with the supervisor and also notice their are more women being hired by these perverts then men. As a sigma employee we are forced to work double when other officers don't show up for work. Which has an effect on my outside life when it comes to my children. sigma supervisor Byron Stevenson falsified documents stating he make round to each site to see how employees work ethics are. This company is very sexes like I said before there are more women then men why because the field supervisors are having personal relationships with these women and giving the guys a hard time. There has been time when female sigma worker was having sex with the tenants at the work site multiple time when that truly a violation and a automatic termination. These dishonest workers are still working with the company Sigma Security management team also made threats to sigma worker stating that they will be terminated if workers contact 311 which is The City Of Chicago Minimum Wade Ordinance ...read more
