If I could give no stars I would. I understand there would be some waiting because of the freezing temp. Castle Honda recommended them. Called @ 8:30-9ish am & they tell me that they'd be here sometime before 4pm! Wow. Well 4pm comes & nothing. I call them & they say the driver is on his way. An hr passes & nothing, called & the excuse was that he was in buffalo grove coming to mt. prospect. When he gets there he tells my mom that she doesn't need to take the car in because it's a 2013 & all it needs is a jump. I already told them previous jumps were unsuccessful! He jumps her car & charges her $85, tells her to keep it running for 2-3 hrs & it'll be fine he leaves. ...read more

During the last snow storm i got my car stuck around the block from my house. I called north shore towing and they were friendly on the phone and got to me in record time even though it was terrible conditions outside. ...read more
