We were very disappointed in the customer service we received from VSI. First, they overshot the price of the removal by a lot. We then told them a specific price we could pay and they did not argue which leads me to believe they were just trying to get more money out of us. They did not fully complete the leaf removal in our yard. When this was brought to their attention they said they would come back out and rectify it and we haven't heard from them since. We had about 1/4 of our Bradford Pear tree go down in the Good Friday storm. I was out doing some cleaning and saw that Dex's tree service was across the street. I went over and asked if he would give me an estimate on the removal of branches and cut up the remaining "stump" wood for firewood. He did so and was courteous, polite, and, NOW GET THIS IN TODAY'S WORLD, F-A-I-R, in his quote. It even gets better!! He did what was in the quote and then he had his workers stack the firewood (it wasn't a great amount, but at least I did not have to do it and I appreciated that), ranked leaves off the grass where the branches were, blew the leaves off the driveway, and cleared the leaves off the street where his truck had been!!!!! WOW!! We even got a fair quote when and if we want the rest of the tree removed (or if nature does it!!). Dex and his company are TOPS and I would surely recommend his company to ALL!! and to ALL a good night!! (Just a little humor there) Nice going, Dex!! :) ...read more

Richards came to my home and removed 6 large trees. Several of them were only inches from the house and power lines. They got them all down safely and did a great job cleaning up the yard afterwards. I recommend them to anyone! ...read more
