This company is very professional and are great people to do business and top of that they have excellent price and my converter is working beyond my expectation. Item I ordered was 5000 watt transformer and it arrived in 2 days from the date of order when I was in US. I received a transformer with a broken meter. I was promised a replacement that I could install myself - that was 2 years ago! After many phone calls and emails, Mushir told me numerous times that it was in the mail and the post office must have lost it. He finally said he would not send it.
