After searching for several months for someone who really knows how to cut and style hair, Rachel at Charles Ifergan is the answer I have been looking for!! I have been going to Rachel for the past 2 years and she is a natural when it comes to shaping my fine, thin hair. It feels thick and looks very shiny by the end of every appointment - consistently. I like reading the other reviews about how amazing Rachel is because she really is. Not only do I still drive to Deerfield from the city for the past 5 years, but I have started to bring friends with because they also think she does an incredible job.
