How can a judge provide a Order of Protection for a child and its mother to keep them from harm from the ex boyfriend. Then turn around and provide visitation to him and his girlfriend who has nothing to do with the matter at hand.. But Judge Little applied no common sense in this matter being that he was the one that provided the court order of protection. Then granted visitation rights every other weekend. I am missing something in this matter. I thought the law was to protect the child and the mother and keep them out of harms way when the judge just put them back into harms way. Was it the payoff or something that his lawyer handed off or was this a matter of bribing the judge. With the background and information that was presented before the judge how could you blatantly over look the evidence that was presented to you. Were you blind or just turning a blind eye.
