Great store to shop at. Went there today for some tools and few other things the staff were right there to help me find exactly what I need. Sarah always has a smile thats contagious and she always walks with me to make sure I find what Im looking for. I have my family ask for Sarah when they go to Menards. Shes a huge help!! When I did laundry the water backed up into the bathtub and sink. I called Hannum and the plumber came out and roter rootered the back yard area. I'm not a plumber, but it seemed like the problem was inside the house, not in the back yard pipes. The problem was not fixed. Water started leaking behind the washer when it ran. I called again.The woman who answered the phone asked my name, phone number, address, and if I was the homeowner. A plumber called me back and mumbled and sounded like he was drunk. I couldn't really understand what he was saying and he hung up on me. I called the main number back. I talked to the same woman and told her the story with the plumber. Again, she asked me my name, phone number, address, and if I was the owner. She completely ignored my story and said she'd have a plumber call again. I told her I didn't want to talk to the same guy. She said she couldn't do anything about a drunk plumber. I asked for a manager and she said he wasn't there. Don't go here! ...read more
