Dr. Michael Horn to be professional, warm, genuinely concerned about my welfare as a person and a great communicator. Moreover, he is technically excellent and I got a great result. The two women worked at the front desk was very mean. I know they have been working at Dr. Leung's office for a long time but it doesnt mean they can be so rude to patients. I called in this morning asking if my report was ready. The woman worked in the front desk was asking what kind of report. I said check-up report. Then, she asked again what kind of report. I asked if she could check my name on the computer or folder. She said they could not check my name and I had to tell her what kind of report. DR. Marchel does not care about his patient’s health. He will bill the insurance, or charge the patient’s for his services which let’s say are not in the patient’s best interest. He will order unnecessary tests, or use scare tactics on the patients for his own financial gain. This DR. only cares about what will go into his pocket, the last thing he cares about is his patient’s health. He was sued before for misdiagnosing one of his patient’s, the patient was very sick and he ended up passing away just a short time after seeing this Dr. He is also known for his severe drinking habits, and does see his patients from time to time under the influence of alcohol, a few patients smelled it on him, and sometimes some of the patients saw him dropping the syringe and needles on the floor in front of their children. He simply goes into his drinking binges, and will drink in the back in his office between seeing his patients. All of this is very true. This review is being posted to protect and warn the others from the harm of this man. Please do not use the services of this DR, protect yourself, your loved ones, and your children. I am very surprised that this DR’s license was not taken away from the state, I am outraged that he still continues his scam. He continues to practice as a DR and has 2 active offices 1 in Burbank, and the other in Orland Park. The state of Illinois should do a very serious investigation before he will hurt more people financially, misdiagnose them, or even let them die. Please protect yourself, go and seek any other DR but him. As a warning to others any good reviews being posted under the name of this DR are probably coming from the office of this DR directly as they like to go on here and write good reviews for themselves. ...read more
