I 100 % agree with the below reviews. And I am surprised to know that they have a vast history of scam and fraudulent attempts! I paid the $ 2000 for the customization of my inactive and dull website and to my surprise, they ruined it even more. Luckily, I met some nice people from MS Global Inc. We designed Final Argument [for iPad] to fit specific needs of presenters. Our aim was not to compete with Keynote or PowerPoint – they do their job well for staged presentations, but show their limits when presenting at workshops when the presenter doesn’t have a script to follow. With Final Argument, you can better react to ad-hoc questions. You can persuade using all the means you have (documents, the structure of your thoughts). We think that – somewhat accidentally – we have created a new category of presentation apps – one that is “above” Powerpoint and Keynote. Final Argument creates its own league as a meta-presentation tool which you can find oniphone app download websiteusing mindmapped and non-linear slide layout and fully utilizing multi-touch, without any legacy mouse-like interaction. It can import various kinds of documents, including PDF files, PowerPoint and Keynote presentations. We did not design Final Argument totally from scratch. Having Explain Everything in our portfolio (our popular whiteboard app, listed in the Education category), we knew we could do something about the existing linear limitation of presentation apps and give presenters the ability to create and edit presentations ‘on the fly’. Final Argument supports external screens – and the audience sees only the content the presenter wishes to display. If you receive an unexpected question from the audience, it’s easy to immediately create a new slide or add something to an existing one. Current applications create linear slideshows, running from the first slide all the way to the last. This approach may work most of the time, but it becomes awkward if you have to quickly show slides out of their normal running order. Let’s say that we have to deliver three major points, with 10 slides for each point. What happens, when the audience gets the point after just two slides? The presenter has to push “Next”-“Next”-“Next” to skip the next eight unnecessary ones! Instead of a linear presentation we thought of a mind map for laying out the slides in no specific sequence, allowing the presenter to remove, position or join slides quickly and easily during the presentation. And, last but not least, Final Argument is fully compatible with Explain Everything projects, which means that any content created in Explain Everything can be now presented in a non-linear way in Final Argument. What software development tools, people, or communities particularly helped you in creating the App? What lessons did you learn in using these resources? We have started our work with educators – and Explain Everything is a product of that cooperation and the incredible grassroots movement behind it. The next step was toward cooperation with lawyers and professional presenters. Final Argument was designed in cooperation with Dave Maxfield (Consumer Protection Law attorney from South Carolina), so parts of beta testing were actually performed in a real court setting! We did not forget about educators either – one of our most helpful beta testers is a lecturer at the University of Cambridge. What went right and what went wrong with development and release? The things that went right were the concept (the original conceptual drawings are almost identical to the final app), the existence of our background technology for object manipulation and animation (not having our Explain Everything engine behind Final Argument would double the effort to create the app) and the passion of our team, that never failed us. One thing went wrong – didn’t realize the full scale of technical complexity that we were about to face during implementation. Final Argument consists of about 240 000 lines of code, coded in total by 9 developers. At the beginning we thought that the concept can be implemented within 12 months, but as it progressed, it got harder. Therefore the 1.0 version that we released in June is a product of two years of intense work (and almost four years of work on the animation engine behind it). Explain what your team was doing in life and work before you started building this app. The creators of ideas behind Final Argument are two guys that got bored working for a corporation. We worked together at one of the major business software corporations and tried to stay passionate and innovative. Business software and – especially – accounting software is not very rewarding to work with. It’s mainly adding and subtracting natural numbers. This is maybe good as a day job, but it’s not something that can be done with passion for the whole life. I, Piotr Sliwinski (CTO of MorrisCooke), thought up an idea of multitouch-capable animated framework, that was the base for our apps (PhotoPuppet, Explain Everything). Bartosz Gonczarek (COO of MorrisCooke) was a business consultant and frequent presenter, that was able to use his experience from over 10 years of regular meetings and sessions – to improve the way that a presentation or a speech can be performed.
