Listen, this place will give you the serrvice that you can afford. Meaning if your budget is tight and the insurance won't pick up the cost, then let them know and they will give you some short cuts and cheaper options. Point blank, not many worthwhile body shops out there so be aware. ...read more

I registered on Yelp just to write this review. I've had horrible luck with cars over the past few years (3 accidents + 3 other major repairs on 3 different vehicles) so I've visited West Loop more than anyone should have to visit an Auto Repair shop. Despite the awful circumstances each time I've had to go there, the folks at West Loop have been nothing but spectacular. Its great to be able to deal with a place that takes care of things quickly and professionally with no drama. They even have an Enterprise rental car on site.
