Recently was at this location and wasn't what I thought it was. For sure not a nursing home, just like a hospital with doctor and nurses. Large rooms and the staff knew what they were doing. This place was clean and no bad orders and my family was happy I was there. ...read more

Forget his demeanor upon meeting him. That's irrelevant. What is important, is how he treated myself and my flatmates. He took weeks to respond to work orders, and ultimately months to complete said (some) work orders. He never had the unit cleaned prior to moving in and he never had the unit painted. He did nothing to help with the unit staying warm in the winter (unit would not stay above 45 degrees with space heaters). He would bring potential buyers through the apartment without notice. Ultimately, he is now suing us for damages (paint and cleaning) despite never taking care of these items prior to us moving in. I highly recommend staying away from his properties. Oh, also, the central air conditioning did not work (unit temperature was typically around 86 degrees on a 90 degree day (and yes, we changed filters regularly)). ...read more

Indpedendent Realtor takes on billion dollar industry

The time has come when consumers can now have choices on how much they are willing to market and pay for real estate broker services without sacrificing upfront fees and or valuable services. Buyers and sellers of real estate now have a clear choice. Again, no upfront costs, no hidden fees but all the services remain in tact that are most important to sellers and or to buyers. Foe example: Buyers willing to pay a $75.00 upfront fee for each home show, can save as much as 80% of the buyers Realtor coop fee by receiving back at closing a cash rebate directly from participating Realtors. Sellers can save just about half the cost of traditional real estate firms commission fee structure by simply taking their own pictures, measuring their own room sizes and staging the remarks for their own home. Who best would know how to properly describe the home? If you can access a computer you will be in a position to save thousands of dollars. Talking about changing a billion dollar industry is what this company will be doing. Most people when looking for homes will do much of the work upfront. Why should they not get a cash rebate for all their efforts? Home sellers who can measure room sizes and take great pictures with their smart phones can save big. Why not save half the listing commission? Its  However even if your a traditionalist this company makes sure you get some sort of rebate even if you work with you own agent of choice. Who offers that? Check out www.ratecutrealty.com and share your comments. Hope you find this interesting.  ...read more
