MCC - Chicago cares more about money they get for inmates that their lives and treatment of medical problems. If the clinical director doesn't treat them he saves MCC money and gets rewarded for that with a bonus. Those on heart medication don't get it because if you are in there you are NOT a human being, you are an animal and you life means nothing to them. You are fed 7 yr. old frozen food, and canned food that expired in 1995, however, the guards are fed different food. The kitchen has roches and mice and when MCC knows they are being inspected they just barely pass the inspection. The clinical director can get away with murder/ attempted murder because he works for the gov't. and no one cares because this is a prison. Unit managers don't want to do their jobs and info is kept from the warden as the guards don't even like her because she goes by the book. I hear good things about her from inmates.
