Emergency surgery prevented my travels, but Chicago Daily Rentals told me it wasn't their problem. They kept the entire $1,500.00 and had not even as much as an apology for any trouble or current situation. Instead they were rude and elusive. I will never use this company again. Staying at the Raffaello was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I complained for two days and two nights that the heat register was blowing cold air. Someone finally came to look at it at 2 a.m. two days later. We only had two thin sheets for blankets. The shower had only one half door, which left the floor soaked with water after each shower. I ordered room service and got one tiny pink, half-baked chicken thigh for $58.00. The panoramic pictures are very deceiving. The rooms were small, especially the bathroom sink and counter. The TV remote didn't work. Three days later, when I asked to be moved to a different room because it was so cold in my room, they said they didn't have any other rooms available.
