I have taken monologue, on-camera, and voiceover and audition classes at Chicago Actors Studio since Jan 2014. I have been very impressed by the quality of the instructor and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend it for both beginning and experienced actors alike. I have a great time in every class, I hope to take more of the classes and progress through the program. Their classes are also very reasonable, when in comparison with some of the other acting studios in the city, and the classes feel more personalized and intimate than some of the more "formal" programs. I have been searching for a process that resonates with my thoughts and feelings about fine acting. I feel I finally found a place that will challenge and nurture me both professionally and as an ever growing individual. Edward Dennis Fogel is awesome and extraordinary teacher. They have great concern for their students on all levels and provide a safe environment to explore and play. If you are passionate and dedicated to your craft this teacher is invaluable.
