Carol Robinson was a delinquent employee who abandoned her senior citizen clients, due to her own personal problems. She told the clients that the agency burned down, and discontinued her visits. This is a false review written by Carol Robinson a irresponsible ex employee who is upset. Direct Care hires home makers as independent Contractors because that's what we are WE are paid through Department Of Aging NOT DirectCare! Direct Care which has a full staff of office employees who do pay taxes!!!!!! I have been an independent contractor for 3 years and I have never had any problems. Also the patients are seen weekly or every 60 days like one my personal clients which is required when they receive PT. NOT ALL PATIENTS REQUIRE A NURSE SOME JUST NEED HOME SERVICE THE ONLY ONE WHO BROUGHT THIS COMPANY TO A EMBARRESMENT IS EX EMPLOYEE CAROL ROBINSON.
