After reporting teens going back and forth from computer to computer and making noise two times, a middle aged man was threatened by one of the teens saying "Come on lets go outside" A teen threatening another patron is considered assault. So now the man has to be afraid to go outside because the teen and his friends might be wating for him to come out of the library. These punks hang around outside of the library on a regular basis. Eventually the three teens were asked to leave. Another patron witnessed the event and said the kids were making too much noise as well. So now patrons are afraid of reporting punks making noise and loitering in the computer room because they might be physically attacked. This library mantians its policy of kids and teens hanging out in the computer room after police have already been called at least on one prior incident. ...read more
