The village of Chebanse, which means "duckling" in the Potawatomi language, is located in Iroquois County, Illinois. Major attractions include Jesse Belle Lane Memorial Park, where you can go swimming, fishing and picnicking and the Chebanse Civic Center, which features a history room.
