There is no service her. They cancel buses and notify you on Friday but are closed on Sat and Sun then deny refunds. ...read more

On 9/27 my daughter and wife encountered a "loading supervisor" from Hell. After loading her bag, my daughter stooped to say good-bye to her mother, and ran in to another friend that was also returning. She asked if there was room for her friend, and the employee rudely told her that no there wasn't and there also wasn't any more room for her. When my wife tried to intervene she was met with a man with a misplaced sense of importance. He was rude, when she complained of his demeanor, he started calling her names, he addressed her as, "Skin Cancer" (my wife is of Mediterranian decent and has olive colored skin). He then proceded to kick her of the original bus, spewing vectives right and left. Then Suburban Expess's law firm wants us to reimmburse them for coupons they had to give out because the bus departed late, and my daughter was banned from the bus lines in the future. I have never written a review before but could not let this one slide. Iam not surprised that this company is out of business.. the kids/students on the other end of the phone were the rudest indivuduals that I have ever dealt with. This is a horrible example of what is being produced from U of I.. the "manager" was no where to be found to stand behind what these 'customer service' reps were dictating to customers!! for example"dont bother taking the bus back" "we dont want your business anyway" etc.. Too bad that poor management is the demise of a good idea. In the bigger picture, I am concerned about the respect these supposedly 'educated' kids have for adults, customers and/or authority. very very disappointing if this is the wave of the future generation. ...read more
