When my cousin and I went in to rent a movie, an older tattoed women with blonde short hair at the Cary Blockbuster was very rude to us. She asked us what our last name was and we told her. We paused a second to figure out what account to rent the videos on(my family or hers.) Before we could answer, she said "are you even Walshs" I found this to be extremely rude. Then when I told her the address she told us that I couldn't rent the movies since my name wasn't on the account. She was very rude about this and not apologetic at all. I said I could call my dad but, he didn't answer. Then i told her about how two days ago I rented a movie and there was no problem. She acted surprised like she didn't believe me and began questioning me about it. After lots of talk, she bluntly said "you are giving me a headache" I was very shocked at this statement!
