The Drs and PAs are amazing if the staff was as good as them then it would be the best office ever. Dr. Jones and Dr. Criste have done over 6 surgery on me and could not be happier with the work they have done. The office staff could use a lot of work. Very unfriendly in person and on the phone. I'm not talking about the Dr. nurses but the other people minus one or two. Most do not call you back in a day like they say it sometimes is a week or more. I have taken paper work to them to fill out and was told it would be done at the end of the day it never is done. Some people like Magen say they will call you back in a hour she calls back in 20 minutes with answer. The only reason I have kept going there is like I said before the Drs and PAs. Dr Jones is leaving soon and so am I. The only reason I will go back is the see Dr. Criste. The Drs here will only do work on you that they would have done on them self if they was on your shoes. Hello Owen. It is very cold here in western New York. The Today Show was in Amherst this morning. The southtowns have so very much snow. Lockport and Niagara Falls did not get much at all.
