Me and my family stayed in this complex for a total of 3 years. The first year was great 1 bedroom very clean hallways then my family grew so we wanted to upgrade to a two bedroom. All hell from then paying more money & had more problems. Moved in the 2 bdrm on a Wed. & the next day I worked up & roach was on the wall. I called the office tried to move & they refuse to let me. So come to find out it was an infestation going on & the tenent stayed next door to me. It took them 9 months to get rid of the roaches I had to replace all my furniture cause it was bad, I had exstream anxiety & was always worried about my small daughter. After that long year next someone urinated on all my items I had stored in my storage unit as well as my neighbors,I had to pay $1000.00 deductible to get the items replace by my renters insurance. I was never compensated for anything ,dealing with the roaches or the deductible. In the end they kept our security deposit & said we owed them extra for carpet stretching. ridiculous !
