Edward Hospital

I have been going to the Edward Immediate Care Center in Bolingbrook for a few years now. I have never had a negative experience. The support staff has always been friendly and competent and my nurse practitioner is great. However, I recently went to the women?s center for my first pregnancy visit. I was treated so shabbily by the support staff that I will never go back. The women at the front desk, the nurse and the women who did my blo d work were ALL incredibly rude. I can?t imagine why they were hired to work with the public, let alone pregnant women of all people! My advice would be to go anywhere else although I was told that that their support staff travels to the other offices in Naperville, and Plainfield I believe. Maybe just try to work within your insurance to find another site. That?s the route I?m taking. I had my other children at UIC hospital and even though I waited at least an hour for every appt., I would gladly go back for one important reason?I was always treated with respect. ...read more
