The bald man with white fringe in front office verbally attacked me. Said I made many mistakes. Refused to give an example.I am a retired quality Mgr. Did inventory over 20 yrs.A white haired woman bickered & complained. Man who lead meetings=5 Cleanliness=5.Organization=5. He said not to lift if you weren't able. My granddaughter is not able(COPD&Asthma) but the bald guy let her go because she didn't lift. We were dismissed though Jesus had sent us to your door. ...read more

Due to the economy my family and i do food pantries through out Bloomington normal..I just read an article of how the roof to a freezer at another food back collapsed with frozen chicken and other meats in it..Where is this frozen meat going? Not out to any of our local food pantries..Just questioning do the distributors track what food pantry's and charities get what frozen meat ...read more

All the volunteers at Midwest Food Bank are amazing ! From the moment you pull into the parking lot until your vehicle has been loaded and you leave. VIRTUE House, Inc. signed up with the Midwest Food Bank in March of 2008. You don't have to worry about what to do when you arrive. Everyone is so friendly and so willing to help. Everything is so organized, and simple. All you have to do is tell them what you want, it's loaded in your truck, and your out the door in no time. I only wish there was more of a selection.
