After being a customer and investor in First American for over 15 years I have to say they sure do not "Do More For Your Money"... I own a small business and after a poor showing on one of my tax returns these guys yanked my creditl ine and sent me a very provocative letter demanding the immediate resolution of the outstanding balance. No problem to do that - however what ever happened to customer service and the fact that banks are there to assist thier customers - several instances and this final blow is sending me to seek financial shelter with an institution understinding my needs and willing to EARN thier fees and service charges. What happened ot the stimulus money being given to these banks? That is supposed to be made available to business and clients to reinsert this money back into the economy.
