I have been going to Electronic Tax Service for years and Mark has made the entire process very delightful! I look forward to catching up at Tax time. This year however, this rule new reception late has made me very aggrivated as she is very rude on the phone. Although her attidude would have turned me away from any other business...I will still be going to Electronic Tax Service to get my taxes done because Mark does such a wonderful job!
