Unless you are somebody "important," don't waste your time. I have been working with these folks for 5 years, yet I was just informed by Lynette Snarski that this company has gotten "too big to keep track of everybody." This was in a response to my question as to why they did not read a simple, 5 SENTENCE letter that I sent along with my tax info. About 2 years ago, it was Mrs. Snarksi herself, who told my wife and I that we no longer needed to come in person and that mailing our stuff over would be fine. Today, she tried to say that the reason we had a couple of "issues" with their service this year is because we DIDN'T come in. Also, we've paid the same way for the past few years, but again, THIS YEAR they took issue with our method of payment, and I was LAUGHED AT on the phone by Mrs. Snarski when I said that EVERYTHING would have been avoided, had they just read 5 sentences (2 of which say "hope all is well," and "thanks again),,,so really, it was 3 sentences. When I finally said, "I guess I'll need to go elsewhere, in the future," I got laughed at and was told that I simply "do not understand." I guess not; would have been nice to actually have been able to speak with George, with whom I asked to speak with several times. ...read more
