After the major rains in July couldn't get a hold of anyone for service. Just found out on the BBB wedsite that they have an "F" rating with pending litigation against them to force them out of business. They have been taking money up front and not performing contracted work. They demanded money from my wife up front and left our house when my wife said that she wanted service. The office manager stated that since we had their system we where stuck with them and they are now refusing to service us. We are now stuck with a major expense to install a new system because they can't take the pressure to really do customer service. ...read more

Ther should be a zero (they don't deserve even one. Just as the other person said, they never return calls, never give you an answer and won't retorun your deposit. I have been doing business with Eveready for 17 years, with the best service and friendliest people. My concerns were reassured and taken care of in a timely manner. The only reason I am not giving a review of a 5, is that there is always room for improvement. I am looking forward to seeing Eveready in the fall for my annual service call. Which I will receive a postcard to remind me that Eveready Flood Control does not forget about their customers.I would recommend Eveready and thier unit to all of my friends, and relatives, without a doubt.
