Stay away from this store. I turned my car in 10 days ago for an alignment. Their lift was broken for 3 days and not once did they bother to inform me of this even though I called every day for a status. I was promised a phone call from the store manager, Jim Williams, by 9am on 1/25/14 and I am still waiting for that call. And my car still isn't finished. Absolutely appalling service and I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Trust me…take your car elsewhere if you need service done!
