I have some trouble with my water filteration system, and tried to call them twice to get some service on the rental item. I let the phone ring for 10 minutes in the morning, and about the same time in the afternoon. Finally I searched the Internet for another number and spoke to a person - - - who explained that he was just speaking to the people in the office I had hung up with... wierd things happen. WOW!! I highly recommend Mr Goodwater. I had another delivery service for 4 years and had nothing but problems with the bill every month. So I tried to find out what the problem was and when I didn't pay them one month thinking they might answer my questions that was not the case....they didn't deliver my water a couple days later. No reason as to why they just didn't deliver it. Needless to say I decided to stop service with them. So I checked out a few places and prices online and I was referred to Mr. Goodwater. I told them I was out of water and they had a new cooler and 3 five gallon bottles of water delivered to my address within 1 hour. NOW THAT'S SERVICE. My kids noticed that the water was crystal clear from Mr. Goodwater. Unlike our old delivered water. And the people are super nice.
