I am a fan of KC and have been to several stores and outlets. By far, this has to be the worst with merchandise practically dropping to the floor. Sales associates are not useful. The manager was extremely rude. I wanted to return an unused belt with tags all intact (from a previous shopping spree) and couldn't find my receipt. As I was looking through my purse for the receipt, she made impatient and rude noises and told the people behind me that she was held up coz I couldn't find my receipt. The people behind me were very nice and didn't mind. When I told her that I couldn't find the receipt, she looked at me asked me if I had purchased the product form that store!!!After that she proceeded to tell me that the store will not accept returns without a receipt. I told her that my phone number and address were in their system and she could look me up but she refused to do so and told me that it was not going to happen. Before I could step away from the counter, she asked the people behi ...read more

The young guy did a lousy job with stitching on my expensive and rare shoes. Stitching was very uneven; looked like a hack did the work. Thread choice was too thick for the application. Changed materials and their color without contacting me first. At least I can say he charged a fair price. Sorry I went there. Not recommended. ...read more

There is only ONE WAY to get to the food court for people with strollers: The ONE elevator that serves the entire 3-level mall. Of course, there are stairs, but who can use them when you have a stroller to haul? The elevator is large and fits a ton of people, so by the time everyone on it departs, the doors start to close and you miss your ride. There have been SO many times where I've frantically pushed the button on the outside to get the doors to open, but that never works. I've also almost had my hand squashed more times than I can count trying to get it to stay open. It's not exactly user-friendly and most definitely NOT a "smart" elevator. You just have to be very lucky that someone is still inside to keep the door open for you or get some large part of your body in between the doors so it can't shut, or just be super aggressive with it and get in there quickly. It's really a pain when that's the only option and the dept stores' elevators aren't going to do you any good because they don't go to the Food Court. VERY BADLY THOUGHT OUT. Think about it: who is the main demographic for malls for the majority of it's open hours, Mon-Fri 9-5? Moms with children, who are of course going to have strollers. Why on earth would they make it so difficult for this group of people to get to the main attraction of the mall? The elevator is ALWAYS packed and every ride you wait so long for is a lot of work to get. VERY frustraing. Not to mention that it's poor lay-out. You can't even see all the stores unless you go way into each "leg" of each wing. Very strange lay out. Hard to the store you're looking for when you don't have a map handy. IGNORE WHAT IT SAYS BELOW. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MALL. ...read more
