I recently had a great experience at the Farberware store in Aurora. The employees there were very helpful & extremely knowledgable about their products as well as other brands in comparison. I have had Faberware for over 25 years and I absolutely love it! It's a great value & great quality as well. Even though it was a Saturday and there were only 2 employees vs. about 20 other customers, they did everything they could to see that every customer was taken care of. 5 Stars on all levels: service, sales, & products! ...read more
