VERY INAPPROPRIATE! Does not honor coupons. Had coupon for free entree with purchase over $45. Purchase total (without tax/tip) was 45.50. Would not honor coupon. Under duress offered small concession AFTER distressing family with young children. Bathrooms stink horribly. Not family friendly, cheap with napkins, quantities etc. Lettuce garnish on plate was brown and spoiled, broccoli tasted like bad tap water. Entrees were not unique or special and are fully two dollars more than every other Chinese restaurant in town. You can do better at other Aurora and North Aurora Chinese restaurants who will honor their coupons without argument and provide a much better value for your money. Wafts of smoke come into the main seating area every time someone enters or exits the smoking room. Awful! The huge TVs are great, but if you don't want to strain your neck, better sit on the second level. I have to say, if you come for NFL as we did, you pretty much have your choice of games to watch. More TVs tunes to Bears when their games air. Beer selection not the greatest. No free refill on soft drinks. Service was terrible! Even for the eh beers we were drinking, our drinks were sitting empty on the table at least 10 minutes before the server came to ask if we'd like another. We ordered one snack item, which came to us cold, and even then the server failed to ask about our drink order. I get that they get busy on big game days, but the poor service we got was unacceptable. Management should know to have more servers there on big game days. When the waitress was taking our beverage order she quickly informed us that there was no Dr. Pepper or Fruit Punch. We ordered our breakfast for lunch. Other than the cubano sandwich that my husband shared with me, everything else was not eatable. My Greek Omlette was bland. There was no taste even after adding salt and pepper. I asked for Tabasco sauce thinking it would help, but they do not carry Tabasco sauce. They do carry another type of sauce, but it is a thicker sauce that has a taste of chili powder....ugh. Decided to then go with the pancake, but the pancake was doughie and stuck to the bottom of the plate. When I tried to move it and came apart. I decided to try it either way and put syrup. Apparently the restaurant only serves cold syrup. This effort was not worth it, left the pancake after one bite. Luckily my husband's cubano sandwich was good and he offered to share some of it with me as I awaited for the waitress to return. The waitress did eye our table a couple of times but avoided coming over, not even to check on the table or offer refills. When I did make eye contact and remained making eye contact she came over and asked me if I wanted to box up my food. I told her no and informed her that it was bland and the pancake doughy. She did not apologize and just picked up the plates, brought back the check and left. My 11 year old daughter did not like her omlette either and said that it had "no taste When my husband went to go pay, I said he should ask to comp one of the omlettes. When he returned I asked him and he said that when asked about the food she informed the owner who mans the register that we were unhappy with the omlettes. She never offered to discount it or comp it and my husband did not press the issue and left it at that. He said he just paid and would not return again due to the poor service we received plus not to mention the food. I forgot to mention that we also tried the cream of chicken soup that came with the Cubano sandwich....watery. It was hard choosing between Jimmy's Breakfast platter or the candy mountain with cantelope slices....So I just went with the double cheeseburger. The service was excellent as they upgraded my fries to CHILI CHEESE fries at no extra cost! My wife was a bit afraid to eat here due to the fact that they just flat out jacked Denny's Gran(d) Slam breakfast. Not to mention some small spanish child delivering sour cream & mayo.
