My family won't be going back. I had problems with my glasses and Farnsworth Eye care was unable to fix them and said it was up to my insurance company to pay for another pair of glasses even though Farnsworth incorrectly made the first pair. Because it was longer than 90 days from the date of purchase, I would have had to pay for a new pair of glasses. Will go someplace that makes glasses correct the first time or at least admits mistakes and will correct problem!!!!! ...read more

I would have rated this place a ZERO if that was an option. If you want the WORST customer service and product quality this is the place for you! The owner of this business is running a scam and would not provide the prescription even after they were paid by the insurance company and claims that they do not have to do so, he only wants to sell his verrry expensive glasses to you and. Heck they donât even adjust the frames, or provide you with a complementary cover for your glasses after your glasses come in. ...read more

If you need to replace the lenses in your glasses, do so carefully to keep your glasses in good condition. To replace lenses, remove the screws from your frames and push out the lenses.
