HORRIBLE STAFF! Very rude! My son has been going there for a month now and I still have no idea what goes on in their sessions. He's just another client, no connection. He still cries every time he goes. Today was the worst day yet and he WONT be back! After a month of picking him up at the same time every week, the receptionist came out to my car with him to chew me out that I was "late." Apparently his sessions are only 1 1/2 hours and not 2...well no one ever said anything to me before and I've been picking him up at the same time every week. Anyway, I was busy getting my other son out of my car (unaware that he was being brought out, which he never has before, I'd always go in to pick him up). Well my son is Autistic and wanders. When she brought him out she didn't hold his hand. So with my head in the car undoing my younger sons seat, I hear "Oh, there he goes." I quick turned around (not knowing it was my child) and my 4 year old Autistic son was running into their high traffic ...read more
