This is supposed to be Assisted Living, but in order to gouge money from residents families, that admit high care people. They have residents with foley catheters, who should be in skilled nursing facilities. They have abusive residents who lash out at the care staff. The management are a bunch of bullies who do not care about anything but making money. The residents are bored and unhappy.The dining room is very understaffed and residents have long waits for their food, which often arrives cold. Hospice services are very personal and caring in nature, so it does not seem right to produce a huge marketing method to sell these services. It is better to build relationships and participate in events to make your services know to potential patients. ...read more
