I was referred to Skin of a Different Color by a friend from work. After reading their reviews and researching other places, I decided this was the best place. This was my first tattoo and I was incredibly impressed with the service, the work, and the prices. Craig was my artist and I would highly recommend him!! I brought in a rough sketch and Craig turned it into perfection. He was nice, very professional, and worked very quickly. Several people have told me that my tattoo is the nicest that they've ever seen! I know I'm biassed, but I totally agree.... it is full color and very detailed, and it looks awesome. I will definitely be back. Only note is to make sure that you allow yourself plenty of time because the process does take a while. I had a tattoo done here by a guy named Slap he was awesome he created a skecth for my tattoo design and I loved it. My tattoo looks awesome its very classy aand girly. He was very clean and professional and he made me feel comfortable. He even called me after my service to be sure everything was ok. He was awesome and I'm already to go to him for my next tattoo. First of all, the people there were really nice. I went to ronin for my first tattoo and everyone there was racist and barely talked to me when i tried to start up a conversation. Here, everyone talks like you're already their friend. Plus, my tattoo was quick, not that painful, and the guy was proud of his work so he took a picture of it for his sample book !! I'm planning on going back for my 3rd tattoo when i get my tax money lol ...read more
