"I had such a nightmare at this florist, who are usually quite good. I ordered a corsage to be picked up first thing this morning. Not only did they open late, but the corsage was completely wrong. Obviously they forgot to make the requested TEENAGE girl prom type and instead gave me an old lady mothers orchid corsage in pink, purple and blue. Did I mention the dress is TEAL? After expressing concern, they reluctantly agreed to change the ribbon to teal. This took 24 minutes! Really?!!! I then called then owner and requested a new one be made with white roses, dipped teal and a BLACK ribbon. Once I arrived to pick it up ( on time- noting many others waiting and seeming not thrilled either) they gave me a PINK corsage. They finally found the correct one and you guessed it a white ribbon not black. They then ganged up on me and treated me horribly.
