did not honor fuel card because phone lines were down for the number that was on the back of the card. worker behind the counter said he needs payment of some kind. the person behind the counter said they were not responsible for the card even though it says harper on it. then he said my name was on my card, but im responsible for it. i would like to have the phone number for the owner of harper oil so i can let him or her khow crappy things are running in the auburn location.. ...read more
