I recently moved from Wheeling IL to Raleigh NC via Noffs Atlantic Relocation Systems. I picked them up from BBB due to their A+ rating and customer satisfaction. About the Quote, Cost and Customer Service: My quote was given to me by Pam. She came out to my apartment, reviewed my inventory and gave me the quote based on the weight. The initial quote was for $1250. On the day of the move, after the truck was weighed, my weight turned out to be less than quoted. The cost was adjusted immediately to a lesser amount of $850. The company is overall very honest. They delivered on time and date that they quoted. No extra or hidden charges, very upfront with their quote and provide binding contract. The customer service representative Marie was in constant touch with me, promptly replying to my emails and phone calls. I had direct contact of the driver and operations manager.
